Two small pets max. pets must be on lease or in a confinement. You will need to pick up waste after your pets immediately. Only Rv’s 10 years old or newer and must be kept clean and in working order. No exceptions. Nonrefundable $35 background check required. Before signing the rental agreement. The park is not kid-friendly. 55 yrs or older preferred.
